About the role

As a Business Analyst, you'll dive deep into the heart of our operations, deciphering insights from CRM, Product Analytics, and other data sources to drive our business forward. Partnering closely with different stakeholders throughout the organization, you'll ensure every decision we make is backed by solid data, leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of success. You’ll be part of a rapidly growing company with a start-up-like atmosphere, fueled by a relentless commitment to data-driven strategies, scalability, and unparalleled value for our customers.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyzing datasets from CRM, product analytics, and other data sources to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Utilize statistical methods to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and ensure data accuracy.
- Working closely in cross-functional teams communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Translating our business needs into analytical solutions and developing recommendations based on data-driven insights
- Create interactive and informative visual representations of data to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in analytical processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide support for strategic decision-making by conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.

- Are proficient in advanced Excel and Office suites for data analysis and communication
- Has strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Are experienced in driving processes independently
- Has the ability to create clear, pedagogical reports and presentations to different stakeholders throughout the organization
- Has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Has a passion for innovation and problem-solving through creative thinking and collaborative efforts

- Have some hands-on experience with CRM software (we work with Salesforce)
- Have an understanding of B2B SaaS sales and processes
- Have a Master’s degree in a relevant field
