Nordic New Sales Manager
Location: Espoo, Oslo or Stockholm Office

Summary
The Nordic New Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in contributing to Questback’s strategic objectives by driving new business across the Nordic region. This role involves implementing and executing a comprehensive sale and marketing strategy aimed at promoting Questback’s feedback management solutions. The manager will lead Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Consultants, and Team Leaders within the Nordic go-to-market organization to ensure consistent growth and success.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve software revenue targets, with a focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Develop and execute Sales strategies, including creating a framework of onboarding, training and career path for our New Sales Organization.
- Oversee the management of sales staff to drive the execution of acquisition plans, ensuring alignment with Questback's mission.
- Implement business development strategies that exceed targets for profitable -, predictable – and repeatable sales strategies and execution.
- Keep up-to-date with competitor trends and market conditions to proactively address challenges and opportunities within the region.
- Lead strategic negotiations with key prospects, leveraging office-to-office selling techniques to build and maintain senior-level relationships.
- Allocate appropriate sales targets to team members, optimizing resource utilization to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Take charge of recruiting, directing, and evaluating the sales team within the Nordic region.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global leadership to align and engage the sales teams with corporate targets and initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication and partnerships with other departments, including Marketing, R&D, and Finance, to ensure consistent messaging and strategy implementation across the region.
- Uphold compliance with all corporate systems, policies, and guidelines.
- Handle complex issues that require a deep understanding of Questback’s solutions and market positioning.
- Provide leadership to multiple departments, with direct control over planning, staffing, budgeting, and sales methods.
- Full P&L accountability for the Nordic New Sales organization.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global leadership to align and engage the sales teams with corporate targets and initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication and partnerships with other departments, including Marketing, R&D, and Finance, to ensure consistent messaging and strategy implementation across the region.
- Uphold compliance with all corporate systems, policies, and guidelines.
- Handle complex issues that require a deep understanding of Questback’s solutions and market positioning.
- Provide leadership to multiple departments, with direct control over planning, staffing, budgeting, and sales methods.
- Full P&L accountability for the Nordic New Sales organization.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 5 years in a Sales executive role, managing teams across multiple locations and offices.
- Proven track record in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, both as an New Sales representative and as a sales leader.
- Experience in solutions-selling, with a focus on SaaS.
- Ability to work independently, with sound judgment and decision-making in complex sales scenarios.
- Experience in leading a Nordic Sales organization.
This role is central to Questback’s growth in the Nordic region and will require a leader with a strong vision, focus on execution and an ability to manage cross-functional teams, together with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.
