AI is changing how we work, how we serve our customers, and how we build our product. This is a newly established role with a clear purpose: get a solid understanding of how we operate, identify where AI creates real value across our workflows and organisation, and drive implementation from start to finish.
You will report directly to our COO, work closely with our tech and management team, and have the freedom to test and build. This is not a high-level strategic role; At Questback, you will be both a strategist and an executer. We need a hands-on doer who wants to implement AI across our organization. Success is defined by measurable improvement in unit economics within 12-18 months.
Your mission
You will be the AI knowledge hub at Questback - the person we rely on to turn AI into real impact across our company and product. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will define how we use AI, shape our tooling and workflows, and drive implementation end-to-end.
Across our organization, you will rethink how we work; introducing automation, agents, and smarter systems across sales, marketing, customer success, and beyond. From architecture to execution, you will identify where AI creates the most value, and make it happen. You will also work closely with our product team to take our AI capabilities further in the product lifecycle, from smarter survey creation to instant, AI-generated insights. We have built the foundation - now we need to scale what works and build even further!
This is a new role, but we believe some of your responsibilities will be to:
Define and own the company's AI transformation roadmap, aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes
Lead and execute cross-functional implementation end-to-end
Embed AI, automation, and agents into core workflows, including next best logic for Sales, AM, and CS teams
Advise leadership on AI trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring GDPR and EU AI Act compliance throughout
Own measurable impact on GRR, NRR, expansion ARR, and cost-to-serve
Establish frameworks for rapid experimentation and iteration.

We believe you have
3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or technology roles.
Experience working in a SaaS environment or as a consultant with transformation.
Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or automation to solve real business problems.
Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and what it takes to move from idea to execution.
Ability to move between strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role; when there is no clear answer, we believe your approach is to test, iterate, and implement. Speed matters.
Experience working across multiple teams, have strong stakeholder management skills, and know how to drive adoption.
Confidence in owning transformation initiatives end-to-end and driving processes and projects across people, teams, and the organization.
