I'm responsible for our Finnish customer base together with our Customer Success Team. This of course requires me to be in close contact with all kinds of internal and external focus groups, along with collaborating with all functions within Questback to bring our customers the best experience we can.
Questback has given me the chance to progress and develop in my working life, over 10 years I've been given several challenges and opportunities which I have gladly taken. We have a bunch of fantastic colleagues who are there always to support each other.
