I'm the product owner of Essentials. I've worked at Questback for 5-6 years, 3 years as a Technical Support and 2,5 years as Product Owner. My role is to prioritize the roadmap and make sure that we develop what the customers need. I discuss with both R&D and GTM (Go-To-Market => CSM, Sales etc.) about what we need and put every opinion together to make sure we don't miss anything.
