I’m responsible for leading my colleagues in the New Sales team. Which means ensuring that the full employment cycle from hiring to working together is successful. I also handle and allocate the budget for new hires and try to show a frontline leadership by closing a deal every here and there.
Other responsibilities on my table are building the sales sequences for marketing automation, taking part as an instructor on our global onboardings and
acting in a mentoring role for the other people working in a Head of New Sales role.
