I'm responsible for Questback's small international partner/reseller network in Benelux, Canada, France, Italy, South Africa and Spain, and I help manage the set-up of new daughter companies in Germany and the UK, including the management of existing customer relations there.
In addition, I am a lead stakeholder for our product management and R & D teams and contribute actively to project and release management, roadmap work, and internal onboarding.
Finally, I do pre-sales support for our local sales and customer success team.
I have been with Questback for 10+ years and enjoy the variety of the different work tasks. No day is the same, but it is eventually always about helping customers and colleagues in their work with feedback.
